Nov 9, 2005 - Concrete was poured over this debris to create the Brook Street beach access ramp. This does not meet the contract or design plan specifications from the official town contract documents for the "Town of Marshfield MA DPW - Seawall & Stairway Reconstruction Project Contract 2005-5".
