April 18, 2007 - Throughout the Summer of 2006 Jeb Deloach (2006 DPW Administrator) stated there was "Zero budget" and "No funds" to replace the 2 Original "No Parking" signs that marked the Brook Street Beach Access Ramp entrance that existied prior to reconstruction. Recently Two new "Equipment Access Only" signs were installed. The Question still remains to Marshfield Police: is this beach ramp Emergency No Parking Ticketing or Not?
